     We are asking the children and coaches to sell the calendars and the team that sells the most calendars will receive tickets to a Boston Celtics game.  There will be one cheerleading and one football team that go to the Celtics.  The fundraiser also helps us to keep registration fees low.  We only generate half of our operating income from the registration fees – the other half is through fund raising activities. 

This year the A through D team cheerleaders will be getting new uniforms.  This fund raiser is the main source of revenue for the new uniforms.  Last year, the A Team football team got new shirts and this year the B Team Football will receive wear new game shirts.  Over the next few years, the majority of our football helmets will need to be replaced.  There is only a ten year or less life expectancy for the helmets and we are now entering our 8 season.  So I hope you can support the program by purchasing a calendar.  The price is $10 per calendar.

     Calendars will be on sale by players, cheerleaders, and coaches.  Also, we will be selling them outside Mount Washington Bank on East Broadway and during the South Boston Festival.
