This years Saint Patrick’s Day Parade is fast approaching. The date is Sunday March 19, at 1p.m

     Our parade is growing larger year by year. Presently we have the largest parade on the East Coast and the second largest parade in the country. One of the reasons we have been able to accomplish such a reputation is this community’s dedication to Southie Pride.

     We are looking for a few dedicated volunteers to work with our committee on Parade Day. Anyone wishing to help please come to our meeting on Wednesday February 22, at 5:30 p.m. at the MBTA Credit Union at the corner of A and West Fourth Street, South Boston. If you’re new in the neighborhood and have been looking for a way to help out, or a long time resident, we can use your help.
