| Elderly Woman Robbed, in Critical Condition |

On Thursday, October 13 at about 5:24 a.m. a white elderly female was robbed at West 5th and D Street, South Boston. The suspect is described as a light skinned male, wearing a long black coat and tan baseball hat. The suspect approached the victim while riding the bicycle shown at right. The bike is described as a Magna Zanzibar, 15 speed, metallic brown in color and missing the right foot pedal.
The suspect struggled with the victim stealing her purse. The suspect fled on foot down West 5th towards E Street. The victim was transported to the hospital and is listed in critical condition.
