     Dear friends,

     It comes with deep sadness that I inform you that I will be moving on from my position as Mayor Menino's South Boston Coordinator with the Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services. My last day will be August 12.

     It seems like only yesterday that I walked through the doors at City Hall

with a strong desire to represent my neighborhood to the best of my ability.

     I feel as though I have accomplished that goal. Mayor Menino has always taught me to listen to every constituent, return every call and follow up with every resident's concern. I am very grateful for the opportunity that Mayor Menino has presented to me. I have made many friends over the past three and a half years serving South Boston and I take with me memories that will last a lifetime. My experiences will help me as I pursue new challenges. South Boston has always been very good to me, and I have always said that I would not be where I am today without the community of South Boston. I would like to express my gratitude to the people of South Boston and Dorchester that I have had the privilege to represent on behalf of Mayor Menino. I will continue to work towards the betterment of our community.
